How many photos do I need?
When deciding how many photos you need for real estate photography you should take into consideration the size of the property as well as any features you may want to highlight in your listing (pool, outside kitchen, golf course or lake view etc) as well as any community amenities such as tennis, golf, pool, entrance and such).
How many aerial photos are included if I add choose the aerial add on?
An aerial add-on to a Real Estate Photography photo package means that aerial photos will be added into the total number of photos you chose. This means if you order 25 photos with an aerial add on you will receive 25 photos in total with an appropriate number of aerial photos included.
When do I pay?
Paying us is easy! We will deliver real estate photos with a payment link attached for easy online payment. Payment is due upon delivery of images unless otherwise arranged.
What type of payments do you accept?

Do you offer any discounts?
We do offer discounts to returning customers once a relationship is established. Start using us exclusively for your real estate listing photography and we will begin the process of applying discounts.
Can I request a refund?

How far out do I need to schedule?
Typically we can get your real estate listing scheduled within 72 hours of your first contact with us (often less). This of course may vary depending on the time of the year (Season)
Can I schedule online or check availability?
Yes! We have a very easy to use and convenient online scheduling system. You can check availability as well as schedule. Check out our online scheduling system here.
What about the weather!
In our part of the world they say if you don’t like the weather, wait 30 minutes! With that in mind we try our very best to be flexible and accommodate weather changes as best we can either by re scheduling or doing interior and exterior on different days.
What if I need to cancel?
We know how things go for sure, so you have until 24 hours prior to the appointment time to cancel with no charge. If however the cancellation occurs the same day of the scheduled photography due to the property not being ready or an access issue there is a $100 cancellation fee.
Do I need aerial photos?
That definitely depends on your property listing. But don’t forget to factor in the location and property/development features. We live in an area where quite often we can show the home with the coastline in the same photo. Also, community swimming pools and tennis courts often look much more appealing from above than from ground level. Naples and its surrounding areas are rich with aerial photography opportunities.
What are your virtual tours like?
Our virtual tours and marketing kits are a convenient and powerful way to deliver the photographs to you. You can then use this system to download, share the virtual tours by branded and unbranded links and create a wide variety of marketing tools for print and social media.
How will you deliver my photos?
We use an online delivery system that keeps all of your listing photos and virtual tours in one place for you. You will be able to easily download all your images in 3 different sizes at once, or individually. We never use anything like Dropbox unless specifically requested.
What if it is cloudy or rainy? Can we still take photos?
Yes, absolutely! We always create sunny days with our custom editing process. And there is never an extra charge for blue skies and sunny days!
Are your photos "Magazine Quality"?
Yes. All of our real estate photography images are delivered in three sizes. Small size for social media or quick emails, Large size for websites or small print and Print size for larger flyers or magazine publications. The large size photos are high resolution. There is never an extra charge for this.
Do you use lighting for your real estate photography?
Yes, every listing no matter the size or the value gets the same attention to detail when it comes to lighting, exposures and color corrections.
Do I own the images once I pay you?
When you schedule a photography session with Sun Services SW you are essentially paying for us to produce the images requested and then for a licensing agreement that will determine how you will be able to use the images.
This licensing agreement can be either very broad or very restricted, depending upon how you need to use the images.
This is the reason for different pricing for different types of photography.
