All fees are due upon delivery of the images unless otherwise discussed. A 3% convenience fee may be applied to any invoices over 7 days past due. Other late fees may apply. More on Real Estate Payment Terms
All images are delivered in magazine quality high resolution format as well as smaller size files for MLS and Social Media.
All virtual tours include access to the tours for agents to edit as well as viewing statistics.
Please Note: cancellations may be provided due to extreme weather conditions, however cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled session due to the property not being ready or restricted access may be subject to a $150 cancellation fee.

Sun Services SW reserves the right to adjust pricing based on the size of the property or other factors that may extend the time required to finish the job.
*All images are delivered fully processed and ready to publish in standard industry sizes. (Full size for print, reduced size for MLS listings)
**Virtual Tours include Branded and Unbranded tours formatted for your local Board of Realtors MLS requirements. You will have access to editing the tours as well as full size images for printing.
***Aerial flights are subject to restrictions due to weather, restricted air space and other situational restrictions. If Aerials are part of a package, a trip charge may be required to complete package.

The Copyright for all photographs taken during the above mentioned Real Estate Photography sessions remain with Sun Services SW (Jon Kreider) and are protected under local and international copyright laws. Copyright is not transferable.
Permission is granted to the real estate agent or client who made the booking with Sun Services SW (Jon Kreider) to use the photographs from this shoot in the marketing of this property only, for a period of 12 months from the date of the shoot. Use of any image for any additional marketing or promotion, such as for a business or individual (including any use by architects, builders, painters, kitchen suppliers, stylists and any print or web publications), is a violation of copyright. By using the services of Sun Services SW (Jon Kreider) you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. You can read more on copyright law and how it is applied to photography here.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled session due to the property not being ready or restricted access will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee.
No charge for cancellations due to extreme weather.
$125 return trip fee (+ $15/image delivered) if for any reason any part of the property is not ready or for re shoots if property is altered.
